The best way to increase your metabolism is not to eat certain foods, but to eat smaller meals more often. Try eating 6-7 meals per day (every 2 hours), but with portions less than half your normal meal size.

Forget the first two answers! To up your metabolism, you must
combine certain foods in light meals several times each day.
Fresh fruit with about six walnut halves will increase you energy, eliminate your hunger, and if taken a half hour before you work-
out, will give you a full-steam-ahead feeling. Another meal is sliced turkey breast and a fresh tomato. Another is grapes and
some cheese. Protein with fruit or vegetables. Good luck.
