The reasoning is that carbonated drinks almost always have two factors in common:
1. Caffeinated
2. Caloric

The caffeine causes addiction to these very caloric drinks. Diet carbonated drinks… well, they don’t fall into that category… but they have some pretty nasty chemicals in them, which many people claim cause cancer.

There is nothing wrong with the carbonation… it’s what normally goes hand in hand with the carbonation. Italian sodas are okay… :)

I must be Nosey. I can read it! Diet cokes over time can reset your metabolism and actually make you GAIN weight.

Try milk, and fruit drinks that have no sugars added.

Good luck.

just one can of coke or another soft drink has about 10 teapoons of sugar. THAT’S why they make people fat. diet soft drinks people say are bad for you because of the amount of chemicals in them to make the drink taste sweet. but they’re a lot more better i think than the normal soft drinks. diet drinks have NO sugar and you’d need to drink about 10 of them to get the equivelant of one teaspoon of sugar. but don’t drink that much; as i said, the chemicals are very bad.
