Are we talkin booze or no booze?
INGREDIENTS
2.5 oz Reyka Vodka
1 oz Goji Berry Syrup*
1 oz Fresh Organic Lemon Juice (or “365 Everyday Whole Foods Lemon Juice”, but use a touch less)
0.5 oz Organic Orange Juice
Dash of Red Lillet

MIXING NOTES
Combine all ingredients in an iced shaker.
Shake and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with one white organic rose petal with an organic blueberry on top and lemon zest

*To make the Goji Berry Syrup, combine following in shallow pan:
2 bags of dried goji berries (wolfberries)
1 jar Hero Swiss black current jam
Filtered water (enough to cover contents of pan)
Zest of orange
Zest of lemon
Zest of grapefruit
2 whole star anise
Handful of whole, dried hibiscus
2 pinches of dried lavender
2 pinches of powered cinnamon
Cook on low heat until the berries are plump and the mixture takes
on a uniform consistency. Strain all of the ingredients well until
only a syrup remains. Let cool and keep refrigerated

I mix them with almonds, dried apricots, peeled sunflower seeds and certain cereals. Mix them in a ziplock bag and you got trail mix :)
