I would say get more sleep. These "Energy" drinks, pills, Etc.. are sooooooo bad for you. There is not one item in them that gives you long term benefits. And "Dietary Supplement" is used to describe anything from urine cleanse, to evergy pills. It’s a generic term used for anything not aproved by the FDA. Do yourself a favor and stay away from those things. You will be very happy in a year when they anounce that people got sick and died from unregulated crap in those things.
